1 - De player werkt het beste in de huidige versie van Chrome of Safari. Firefox en Edge zijn ook geschikt. De beste kijkervaring heb je op een computer. Streamen vanaf een smartphone is niet aan te raden.
2 - Een downloadsnelheid van 15 Mbps (Megabit per seconde) zou al ruim voldoende moeten zijn om een stream te bekijken. Om dit te checken, kun je een zogenaamde speedtest uitvoeren, bv via speedtest.net. Wel kan de kwaliteit van je internetverbinding van moment tot moment fluctueren. Wil je zekerheid? Je apparaat met een kabel aan je modem verbinden is doorgaans stabieler dan wifi.
3 - Let op: als de player start, is het geluid automatisch uitgeschakeld. Dit moet je nog zelf inschakelen via de knop links onderin de player.
4 - Als je de film vanaf een apparaat wilt streamen om deze op de tv te bekijken dan werkt Chromecast enkel in combinatie met de Chrome browser, Airplay en Apple TV werken goed met Safari. Mocht dit niet werken, dan is een HDMI kabel een goed alternatief.
5 - Als het beeld of geluid hapert, kan je in de instellingen van de player de beeldkwaliteit naar beneden bijstellen. Het duurt ongeveer 30 seconden voor dit verwerkt is in de player. Mocht dit niet helpen dan kan je de film even pauzeren, om hem later weer door te spelen. (bij live vertoningen is dit niet mogelijk).

5 TIPS FOR OPTIMAL STREAMING
1 - The player will run best in the latest version of Chrome or Safari. Firefox and Edge are also compatible. For the best viewing experience, use a computer. Streaming from a smartphone is not recommended.
2 - A download speed of 15 Mbps (Megabits per second) should easily be sufficient to watch a stream. You can check this by performing a speed test, for example at speedtest.net. However, the quality of your internet connection can fluctuate from one moment to the next. Would you like to be sure? Connecting your device to the router with a cable is usually more reliable than wifi.
3 - Note: the sound is automatically switched off when the player starts. You have to switch it on using the button on the bottom left of the player.
4 - If you wish to stream the film from a device in order to watch it on TV, Chromecast will only work in combination with the Chrome browser. Airplay and Apple TV work well with Safari. If these do not work, then using an HDMI cable is a good alternative.
5 - If you experience any hiccups in the video or sound, please use the player's settings to reduce the picture quality. It will take about 30 seconds for the player to process the adjustment. If this has not solved the problem, you can pause the video to play it again later. (This is however not available for livestreamings).
