Composer, guitarist and inventor of new musical instruments Aart Strootman (Rotterdam, 1987) quickly rose to the top of the music world with his intelligent and refreshing ideas about music genres and styles. He has won the prestigious Matthijs Vermeulen Award (2019) and the Gaudeamus Award (2017).
