Exceptions and conditions

We kindly ask you to submit your request by April 23 at the latest so that we can arrange the best available seats. 

 

Please note that this is a personal application form and cannot be forwarded. You may request tickets for multiple people. However, if someone else wishes to submit their own request and receive the tickets directly, please contact us. 

 

These exceptions are not listed in the form:  

 

  • The official invitation to the opening performance City of Floating Sounds on 3 June will follow shortly.

  • The performances at the National Opera & Ballet: Masters of Movement and Simon Boccanegra. Would you like to attend? If so, please contact us and we will do our best to reserve a ticket.

  • The concerts we present in collaboration with the Saturday Matinee: Voices and Arooj Aftab & Daniel Wohl. Would you like to attend? If so, please contact us and we will do our best to reserve a ticket.

  • The free events for which no ticket is required, such as: introductions, Passing Remark, the exhibition by Tess van Zalinge, and Opera in the Park.

  • The in-depth programme featuring workshops (do-it-yourself) and talks: Story-Gami; An Exploration of Language and Sound (Arctic Futurisms with Tanya Tagaq); FEM(with)ME; Listening with the IJ; Deep Listening Workshop; Joy Is Not a Metaphor; All About That Dress; Meet the Associate Artist: Hildur Guðnadóttir; and Artist to Artist with Ali Chahrour.

  • The films—due to limited capacity: Persona, Joker, Tár, Folie à Deux, Sisters with Transistors, and Monk in Pieces. Would you like to attend? Please contact us and we will do our best to reserve a ticket.

Pleas note: The official invitation to the Friends’ performance Where to From  on 23 June will follow shortly. You can, however, already indicate on this form whether you would like to attend.

 

Refrain from using free tickets

You have the option to opt out of using the free tickets as an additional way to support the festival. Should you wish to do so, please let us know. Your generosity is greatly appreciated.
