Lynn Adib (born 1986, Damascus, Syria) is a singer, musician, and singer-songwriter working in Arab music and jazz. She began singing in the choir at Notre-Dame-de-Damas church and studied at the Damascus Conservatory, the Conservatoire Solhi al-Wadi. After a period in Lebanon, she moved to Paris in 2009, where she studied pharmacy while attending the Conservatoire à rayonnement régional.


Adib’s musical influences range from classical composers like Frédéric Chopin to jazz icons such as Ella Fitzgerald and Sarah Vaughan, as well as Bebop, Maqâm, and Bulgarian music. In 2018 she released her debut album Youmma, blending traditional Syrian music with contemporary jazz, featuring Fady Farah (piano), Maurizio Congiu (double bass), and Lukmil Perez (drums). She also collaborates on projects exploring modern Arab music, including Bedouin Burger and Yalla Queen.
