Naaz (Naaz Mohammad, 1998, Netherlands) is a Dutch-Kurdish singer, songwriter, and director. Raised in Rotterdam by parents who fled Iraq during the Gulf War, she was first noticed during her audition for Holland's Got Talent in 2014.


She began composing and producing music as a teenager, releasing her first EP Bits of Naaz (2018). She gained recognition with the singles Words and Up to Something (2017) and has since won two Edisons and two Music Moves Europe Talent Awards, including the audience prize. Her 2023 album Never Have I Ever explores her experience as a Kurdish-Dutch woman, featuring the acclaimed single “Azadi” (“freedom”).
