The donors are the Friends of Holland Festival. They are actively involved in the development of the festival and thanks to their contributions, the festival can continue to present leading performing arts.
There are five different circles:
- Admirer (annual contribution as from € 55)
- Young Benefactor (annual contribution as from € 250)
- Benefactor (annual contribution as from € 250)
- Guardian (annual contribution as from € 1,500)
- Friend of the Heart (annual contribution as from € 5,000)
Objective
The objective of the Friends of Holland Festival Foundation is to support the Holland Festival Foundation, based in Amsterdam, financially and otherwise, in the broadest sense of the word and within the framework of its policy.
The foundation achieves its objective by:
- raising funds and making donations to the foundation: Holland Festival Foundation;
- establishing and maintaining a circle of Friends of Holland Festival, both from the private sector and the business community;
- periodically informing the Friends about the activities of the foundation and about Holland Festival;
- organising meetings and events on behalf of the Friends;
- organising, supporting and stimulating activities aimed at increasing interest in the Holland Festival;
- increasing the social support of the Holland Festival;
- doing all that is related or may be conducive to the above - in the broadest sense.

The board works unpaid and does not receive an attendance fee. The foundation explicitly does not aim to make a profit.
